Shipping Damages
Knottii Shop is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged or if there are any issues with your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately at knottiishop@gmail.com. Provide your name and order number so we can assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered unless an incorrect shipping address is provided. If you notice a mistake in your address, please notify us before a shipping label is created, and we will do our best to correct it. To avoid delays or issues, we strongly encourage double-checking all order details before submitting your purchase.

Product Appearance
Due to the nature of our unique production process, some clothing and pieces may feature knots or minor factory stains. These are natural characteristics of the yarn used and are not considered defects. Such inconsistencies do not mean the items are damaged or unfit for use.
